Be Happy with the Lord!!!

Today is my first time to attend a real Church Fellowship. Its nice, its fun, happy and I feel blessed though i wasn’t able to finish the awarding of certificate to kids who attended the camp. I get the message Pastor Helen read and share to us:
Philippians 4:4
4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!292339_10151204504139665_1596912835_n[1]

* We should be happy actually very happy with the Lord. Always choose happiness over anything else. Some people differentiate happiness on the other way around (like gambling, drinking, partying etc.)but this is not only a simple happiness but REJOICE unto the Lord.Rejoice in the sense that we are happy even we do not have anything, we are happy even if we have problems, as long as God is the Center of our Life, have Faith and Believe that Jesus Christ is our Saviour. In which Pablo encourage the Philippians to rejoice because God is coming. Instead to feel dismay on the mistake of other people bring it up to the Lord and pray. For God listen and He knows what to do with your burdens, in that way you feel at ease in a way that you did not commit a mistake. When Pablo write this letter or message he is a prisoner but He never felt dismay or hopeless because he believe Jesus Christ is with Him that God guide him. In other words, like Pablo we choose happiness over misery even if we have big burdens in our Heart. It’s really difficult at first but we could learned it overtime, over and over and over I say it to you read your Bible. Pray and ask the guide of the Holy Spirit, in that way you can easily understand the meaning of every parables in there. Before I just read on it but a friend(Mons) of mine told me to pray first before reading every verses in the Bible and it really works that slowly I understand. Thanks to you…:) And with this I am happy to grow with what I have now, my Faith which I share to you readers. I am not fully change but I REJOICE and choose happiness, choose the good side over and over….

* Thank you to Myralyn for allowing me to visit their Church. May you continue to grow in Spirit and Blessed with the Lord through Jesus Christ. A real happiness that no need to purchase nor demand nor exchange is a happiness with the Lord Jesus Christ…

In Jesus Name!!! Amen!!!

#Do not worry

It is a wake up call for every one not to worry too much on material things. Don’t dwell with it as this is the only reason why you work, why you need to earn. It is better to trust God and believe to Him. Because God is the one who provides for our needs. Because the real measure of wealth is what will be ours in eternity.

Matthew 6:25-34
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life ? “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
(~The thought is excerpted from our daily bread~)

~My thought~
~ We always dig on material things and sometimes end up nothing, we work so hard but normally we forget to worship or even pray to God the creator of Heaven and Earth. We even know and understand how lucky we are that He even gave his only son to save us from our sins. I share it based on personal experience, i been a complainer for a couple years, that I am not contented on what blessings God given to me, until a realization came up in which I feel so shy with God that I been like that, in which it came up to me, why should i worry too much. God did not said do not work hard, what just the Bible say’s, “worry for today”, come to think of it why a lot of people suffer from different illnesses which the main cause is stress, because they worry too much of their “tomorrow”. Leave everything to the Lord, Surrender your burdens and have a closer relationship to God, because He always answer our prayers.

~My prayer~
May the reader of the scripture apply this in their life. May they set their mind free from worrying too much on material things and may their Faith in Jesus Christ increase…

In Jesus Name I pray… Amen!!!

I miss my parents…

I read a post from a friends Facebook account and I can’t control my tears it falls down in my eyes and I feel that I missed them so much. Again, this blog site is not just my story but if I could touch your life through a story of mine I am willing to share this each day. I can’t write more about it but LEARNED TO LIVE EACH DAY that you give time in your parents, same thing to give time to our LORD. Because everything in this world is from HIM. Including our parents. Open up your heart and pray for the goodness of everyone. Don’t feel sad when your parents is giving you a lot of Do’s and Dont’s because they want you to be safe at all times. Obey your parent’s and listen to them for they know much more than you do because they experience life.And Lord is please when you obey them. But parents don’t be too much with your children because like you they also have a feelings too, being young children sometimes does not know how to do.They should be properly guided and raise them Holy in which they know that there is God, that there is Jesus Christ our Saviour. Let them know the importance of having a family and knowing Jesus Christ as our Saviour. Ephesians 6:1-14 ESV Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. “Honor your father and mother” (this is the first commandment with a promise), “that it may go well with you and that you may live long in the land.” Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. Slaves, obey your earthly masters with fear and trembling, with a sincere heart, as you would Christ, … I cant help myself from posting it because I really miss my parents. Though they are strict and looks like mad everyday 🙂 I proud to say that they help my siblings raise me and sent to school and even after school and even after marriage. Maybe they pray in Heaven that Lord Jesus will guide my brothers and sisters in raising me. That all of us be safe and stand. That we feel them even they are not present. That we may know what we know today. That we spread the good news of the Lord. That the FAITH in our HEART stay with us forever. May our parents see this letter: Dear Father and Mother; Thank you because you have been an instrument of the Lord for me to go out in this world. Thank you because you made me strong through the trials and pains that our family has been experience. It was May 8, 1990, when you left us Mother though I don’t understand it soo much but I cried and I know I cant see you anymore. But the pains it bring to us made me stronger… I thought the pain stops when you gone but after eight years Father gone too and goes with you…I feel sad and guilt because the day that Father died he always looking for me during dinner time, but instead of going near to him, i close my eyes and i posed like sleeping, if i only knew that this is your last day, i will wake up and get your food and i will lovingly feed you with all my heart. Im sorry for being stubborn, that i hurt you. I was young then and I do not know. Im sorry for the beef stew that i did not follow your instructions and it was cooked so spicy. Im sorry for the day that I bang the door when my project in school is not done. And im sorry for all the lies just for me to visit my friends. Dad, i have a lot of mistakes to you and even if you are so strict with me Iam still proud that you are my father despite of the other things. People may judge you how spend all of your heirs, and all of your money but I see your grief before you die, and I know that you repent on your later days of life. Again sorry and I love you both so much. May you still pray for us, and your apo’s. Loving daughter; Alma I do not have plenty of time to spend with them so for the children out there who has a complete family, a complete parents despite of their attitude please love them so much it is so hard to express your LOVE when they are gone. parents

What is our Purpose?

Ever since I love writing. And this is the reason I was able to create this blog site. But then after opening my hearts through Jesus Christ I understand what is the essence of writing. Before I could only write a blog when I feel lonely, when i feel sad if some one hurts me and I want to write something for them. But now that I found out that learning the acts of a good Christian is not by fighting through God words but a will to share the goodness of the Lord. Before anything else, I would like to seek God’s permission for this:

Dear God;

Heavenly Father, allow me to share your WORD to all my readers, may this blog site become a tool for them to know you better, not to study your life but to accept you in their life, open their hearts and live according to your purpose. May the Holy Spirit guides me in writing, and I could write according to your will and purpose. May you bless each reader and may this blog encourage them to read and open their Bible in that way, they could understand the manual of our Life. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.

Two nights ago, I browse the book written by Rick Warren titled The Purpose Driven Life, I discover something which is true, there are lots of inspirational and motivational books that out in the market that uses God’s word for self visualization but the purpose is not to create a good relationship to God. Of course I am not against on what they written it is up to the reader whom they believe because God gave us a power to understand each word written in every book. But come to think of it, if the motivational books, inspirational books has come from the Bible I mean excerpted from the Bible then it is GOOD and NICE to know and understand, how? if we read on our BIBLE….

* Wait, i don’t want my readers to feel confuse Rick Warren is one of my inspiration why I write this topic today.

The purpose of living on Earth is not by personal pleasure but for the purpose of God. We cannot understand what is God purpose if we do not read the Manual. The life that we have today is not ours, even this world is not ours. And our Manual is the BIBLE. This is our compass, our route map…

As of today I am still reading the Gospel of John,i do not have a lot to share so far but this: John 1:12.

12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God—

~~~: Believe Jesus Christ as the son of God, not just plain believe but live like Jesus Christ. Accept him in your life and live according to God’s purpose. In a way, nobody knows what his purpose but make each day, each life dedicated to HIM. Always be humble…
Increase your Faith and make yourself Holy not in front of other people but in front of God, do not seek other’s approval in your life but only God’s approval. We do not know when He is coming but at least make our selves ready when He comes, because He will come like a theft in the night that nobody knows.
Remember this: Our life purpose is to please God and not anybody else.We may need money to live here on Earth but do not dwell with it too much. Learn to live a simple life and increase your treasure in Heaven. FOr in Heaven we can’t bring anything…
* for your deep understanding READ YOUR BIBLE. Increase every little Faith that you have and pray not only for yourself but for the WORLD.
Learning ABC through Christ
Last night I learned the ABC through Christ through the help of my neighbor/friend Mona, SIs Bening, Nanay Norie, Nanay Dodeng. Since 1999 I’m searching, before I am not so sure what I am searching for,I feel empty,I thought my feeling of emptiness is just because of my family. My mother die when I was 10 and my father die when I was 18, the maturity living with out parents is too short and I feel incomplete. But years passed by, I meet people, I read a lot and I discover something different. Until finally last night, some of my question has answered.
Maybe I was destined to meet the people I mentioned above because God has a purpose for me and for my life. I learn the ABC with Christ, to Accept, to Belief and to Confess. The thought is simple yet very helpful… A- accept Jesus Christ with all your heart (John 1:12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name) B- Belief that God exist and C- confess all your mistakes.
Actually, there are other Bible verses that we discuss but I do not remember the exact verse except for John 1:12, maybe this gave impact to my life. And of course since I started reading John, partially i read it out before I do to Bible Study.
I know in my heart what I want to do, and I believe that this is happening to me because God knows my future, my past and my present, as what we know our body is the Temple of God, we only borrow this life and Body through Him live the best out of it. Be sacred and holy in the eyes of God.
I do not know how deep i can share but one thing I understand now is where I stand. I want to create a good relationship with God, i don’t care about your religion or where your Church is but as long as you teach and preach the Good way as the Father,as Jesus Christ. I also understand that preaching with His guidance, do not alter nor change what is written on the Holy Bible as this is Sacred.
For the meantime, this is what I can share, read the Book of John. And read your Bible daily as everything is written on the Bible. Like me I want everyone to learn the ABC because if the nation will do it, we can make WORLD PEACE.parang lang
Trust Him above all things
Earlier today I utter a short prayer to God. I thank the Lord for everything He did to me and to my family. I also ask for His guidance for everyone. Though I know it was a very short communications with God, i feel that I am connected my tears fall down on my face. I also ask forgiveness for all the negative or wrong doings that I did in life. I also asks for his guidance for me to forgive those who hurt me, used me and abuse me.
I know inside me that God has plans for me why things are changing, I born and raise as a Catholic but since 19 years old I am experiencing this feeling of searching and emptiness. I am not converted to any religion or organization but my personal point of view is changing on beliefs, of course I am not against any other religious views but what i am trying to figure out here is I would like to invite you readers to open your heart, open your eyes and open your soul. Read your Bible and you will understand. Again, I will say it again, im in the process of moving into spiritual learning. This means a lot to me because I can now understand how life goes and what will bring me to unconditional peace of mind, my feeling of emptiness is slowly moving out of my system, i am now more mature on things and I tried to open my mind to understand the people around me. Though I know no one is perfect but I understand that I don’t need to get Human approval as long as I do it for the Glory of God.
Once again, for my readers and followers, i encourage you to do what I do and discover your self, read your Bible, a friend of mine and former college faculty told me to read the Book of John so I read it back again and I started more about it.
excerpted from online bible:
The Word Became Flesh
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome[a] it.
6 There was a man sent from God whose name was John. 7 He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all might believe. 8 He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light.
9 The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. 11 He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. 12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.
14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
15 (John testified concerning him. He cried out, saying, “This is the one I spoke about when I said, ‘He who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.’”) 16 Out of his fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given. 17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18 No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and[b] is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.
John the Baptist Denies Being the Messiah
19 Now this was John’s testimony when the Jewish leaders[c] in Jerusalem sent priests and Levites to ask him who he was. 20 He did not fail to confess, but confessed freely, “I am not the Messiah.”
21 They asked him, “Then who are you? Are you Elijah?”
He said, “I am not.”
“Are you the Prophet?”
He answered, “No.”
22 Finally they said, “Who are you? Give us an answer to take back to those who sent us. What do you say about yourself?”
23 John replied in the words of Isaiah the prophet, “I am the voice of one calling in the wilderness, ‘Make straight the way for the Lord.’”[d]
24 Now the Pharisees who had been sent 25 questioned him, “Why then do you baptize if you are not the Messiah, nor Elijah, nor the Prophet?”
26 “I baptize with[e] water,” John replied, “but among you stands one you do not know. 27 He is the one who comes after me, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie.”
28 This all happened at Bethany on the other side of the Jordan, where John was baptizing.
John Testifies About Jesus
29 The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world! 30 This is the one I meant when I said, ‘A man who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.’ 31 I myself did not know him, but the reason I came baptizing with water was that he might be revealed to Israel.”
32 Then John gave this testimony: “I saw the Spirit come down from heaven as a dove and remain on him. 33 And I myself did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water told me, ‘The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.’ 34 I have seen and I testify that this is God’s Chosen One.”[f]
John’s Disciples Follow Jesus
35 The next day John was there again with two of his disciples. 36 When he saw Jesus passing by, he said, “Look, the Lamb of God!”
37 When the two disciples heard him say this, they followed Jesus. 38 Turning around, Jesus saw them following and asked, “What do you want?”
They said, “Rabbi” (which means “Teacher”), “where are you staying?”
39 “Come,” he replied, “and you will see.”
So they went and saw where he was staying, and they spent that day with him. It was about four in the afternoon.
40 Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, was one of the two who heard what John had said and who had followed Jesus. 41 The first thing Andrew did was to find his brother Simon and tell him, “We have found the Messiah” (that is, the Christ). 42 And he brought him to Jesus.
Jesus looked at him and said, “You are Simon son of John. You will be called Cephas” (which, when translated, is Peter[g]).
Jesus Calls Philip and Nathanael
43 The next day Jesus decided to leave for Galilee. Finding Philip, he said to him, “Follow me.”
44 Philip, like Andrew and Peter, was from the town of Bethsaida. 45 Philip found Nathanael and told him, “We have found the one Moses wrote about in the Law, and about whom the prophets also wrote—Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”
46 “Nazareth! Can anything good come from there?” Nathanael asked.
“Come and see,” said Philip.
47 When Jesus saw Nathanael approaching, he said of him, “Here truly is an Israelite in whom there is no deceit.”
48 “How do you know me?” Nathanael asked.
Jesus answered, “I saw you while you were still under the fig tree before Philip called you.”
49 Then Nathanael declared, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the king of Israel.”
50 Jesus said, “You believe[h] because I told you I saw you under the fig tree. You will see greater things than that.” 51 He then added, “Very truly I tell you,[i] you[j] will see ‘heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending on’[k] the Son of Man.”
Hope this could help you the way it helped me.
